The room I stayed in was spacious, new, cozy with a comfortable bed, and had enough space for everything I needed.

The breakfast and happy hour were nice to have included. Staff was friendly.
The furniture was old, dirty, worn. The mattress in the couch was so old and flat it couldn't be used. I included photos to show how it sagged under the support bars. The rolled up blanket in the closet - not folded - was obviously not washed between guests. So gross.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a great stay on a business trip. We were offered an extremely spacious and beautiful room with comfortable bedding. - the venue's position was central. - the airport was 22 minutes drive away. I had such a wonderful experience at Embassy Suites By Hilton Chicago Schaumburg Woodfield in Schaumburg. the hotel offered us a spacious and comfortable room for our business trip. Its central location made it convenient, and being just a 22-minute drive away from the airport was a plus.

Towels were not paper thin, good housekeeping.
Awful breakfast. Eggs were runny and undercooked. Tators tots? Really? Food was cold. Spend the $$ and go to Wildberry Pancakes. You'll wait a bit, it's worth it! Front desk staff wasn't able to find our reservation. Rude check in.

The scenary, the breakfast and manager special.
I received a room that had 2 blankets that smelled like urine. The night desk person was rude when I explained the situation. One of the room phones was not initially functional. The room door would stick. You are not allowed to get your Hilton honors points when you book through a third party.

The overall facilities were ok. The atrium was beautiful. The happy hour was pretty nice, not terribly crowded. All staff encountered we're very kind - no complaints there.
First off, my sister and I were traveling together with our families with small children. We called a week ahead and asked for rooms near each other. The woman we spoke too said yes and said our rooms would be 'across the hall.' There are no 'halls' so right off the bat we knew that wasn't true. Turns out, our rooms were on the same floor but completely opposite sides of the hotel- physically the two rooms could not be further apart. We asked at the desk for a possible change and were told it was not possible. The pool area, and water in the pool, were freezing. Our almost two year old could not stay in there long as he was completely shivering. The room itself was really dated, it was just overall kind of 'dirty.' I didn't feel comfortable sitting down and hanging out. At the happy hour I was given two wine glasses that were completely disgusting with huge lipstick stains on the rim that looked like they were not washed at all. Lastly, I felt like a child with all kinds of rules while in the atrium. There is absolutely no outside food or drinks allowed. So, at happy hour, I was not allowed to bring in little snacks for my toddler. Additionally, we all ordered food from the restaurant inside the hotel and were trying to find a place to sit down and eat it. We were basically harassed asking where the food was from and one waiter said he would 'let it slide this time.' No worries. There will not be a next time- you've scared us off.

The breakfast with custom omelets was delicious, and the location was convenient, within walking distance to the conference center, mall, and event we attended.

It is a great location. We like the open feel the atrium provides. Beds were comfortable. Love having the living area.
Managers reception used to be an adult activity held in the bar. This trip the reception was in the breakfast area and kid were running everywhere. Not quite the same feeling. If we had known it would be a family event we would have gone out to a bar. I woke at 6:30 to very loud piano music playing in the atrium or resturant not sure and the person at the desk when I checked out was rather clueless about it.
